The Associate Awareness Program is designed to further an employee's knowledge regarding the variables associated with the profitability of Lockrey Manufacturing. This 20 course, 80 hour program, covers topics such as Shop Math, Blue Print Reading, Part Measuring Techniques, and Fabrication & Machining Processing. The Associate Awareness Training Program is offered on a continual, 2-year cycle.


Lockrey recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its associates are critical to the success of the organization. The Education Reimbursement Program encourages personal development through formal education so that associates can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within Lockrey.

Lockrey will provide educational assistance to all full-time associates who have completed 6 months of service. Preapproved courses will be reimbursed up to 100%, depending on grades achieved. A minimum grade of "C" must be achieved to qualify for educational assistance. Employees may receive tuition reimbursement and/or training points for coursework completed.

In addition to reimbursement for formal education, Lockrey offers reimbursement for preapproved external training seminars and workshops.
