Other Fabrication Services
The Fabrication Division works primarily with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from 28 gauge through 3/8 inch thick. Many common sizes of these materials are kept in inventory. |

Materials are first processed with our material prep machines which include NC Saws, CNC & NC Shears. The Fabrication Division also features Insert Presses and a highly skilled Customer Service Department. | |

NC Saws
Our NC saw has an 18" inch x 18" inch capacity and a cutting head that tilts 45 degrees for angled cutting.
CNC & NC Shears
Our CNC & NC Shears have capacities of 1/4" inch x 6 feet for thick mild steel and
3/16" inch x 6 feet for thick stainless steel. Both shears feature a precision
squaring arm for square cuts.
