At Lockrey we are proud of our community service program. From 2002 to present, we have allocated 5% of the bonus pool toward community service activities which has amounted to upwards of $24,000 per year.

Nominations for charities are solicited from each associate every year in January. A committee narrows the field to four, and then a vote narrows the selection to two.

We look for projects where we can provide value and also volunteer for a day or so, working together away from the normal day to day travails at our specific jobs. Every one of our associates is involved in some way with our community service program, either participating in various community service events or allocating a portion of their bonus to charity. Many associates choose to do both.

Lockrey associates also have the opportunity to receive a contribution to any charity of which they are involved by simply listing the hours they volunteer. Although charity work is not allowed during work hours, Lockrey will contribute four dollars per hour to respective charities for charity work an employee performs outside of Lockrey.
